Does it matter which i use tire glue or is crazy glue the same thing?

but zap is real cheap and works really really well!

For tires I use the least expensive stuff I can find. Usually like 5 tubes for a buck or two at Wally World. I used that rubberized stuff one time and hated it. Hard to work with, messy and didn't hold any better than the cheapy stuff.
