Mine was the Clod Buster..........the biggest baddest truck I had ever seen. Of course that was almost 20 years ago and I was 10!! I remember saving my paper route money for like 6 months religously, then my dad pitched in the rest. Man.......I still remember cracking the kit open and seeing what had to have been 20,000 parts. Good Time!!! All hail Clod Buster!!!!

OK.....I need the OLD SCHOOLers help here to identify it.
COX made a gas powered line car....no RC.
You hammered a nail with a string in the asphalt & tied it to the car.
Hand cranked the rear wheels to start it.
You had two options: 1 nail it ran in circles or 2 nails- straight line drag racing.
If that doesn't count since no RC then a Tamiaya Bigfoot Electric-mechanical speed control -no bearings, bushings instead.
MOSFET Speed controller & bearings were hop-ups.
I had forgotten about the dogbones Carl, LOL and I had the Trinity Monster Mash motor instead on the stock 540, dropped the rear bumper low to act as a wheelie bar.
Thank for reminding me...lol

I had a duratrax electric evader, it ran forever, then slipped in a lake and I haven't ran it since, so I bought an Ofna Ultra Lx and a T-Maxx. Traded the ofna for a rc10gt, and now I have a T-Maxx and an rc10gt
