Default help with zen powered deltaforce

hi ive just built a deltaforce and no matter what i do it will not come up on plane.
ive taken the trim tabs off, altered the strut angle and shifted the weight back.
i gave it full throttle yesterday on calm water and it flipped, i think the bow caught the water at one side and she just turned over.
and help on this i would be most gratefull.

cheers pete

Ok ... not that I own , or ever owned a DELTA before , but , here is what I can offer :

Make sure your strut is level with the bottom of the boat ( kiel )
Make sure your CG us at aporx 28 to 30 per cent of hulls length
Make sure your rudder is at 90 to the bottom of hull . ( not angled forward or towards the back )
Start out with NO trims and then only add if needed .
and , a short video of it running , or at least some action shots , would help a WHOLE lot .
One more thing ... where is your fuel cell ? Is that it WAYYYYYYY up under the bow ? If yes , then move it as close to the engine as possible and start with only aprox 8 ounces of fuel to test . ( should be about half your fuel cells capacity )

Do I see water pickups sticking down from the hull at the back ? Raise the strut but keep it parallel. That will allow the nose of the boat to come up.

Pete, Before you do anything cut the waterscoops off. They are a disaster and will be dragging the front of the boat down and in any kind of turn can make the boat hook in and even flip over. A flush fitting waterscoop on the centre line of the hull is OK but as soon as it sticks down from the hull surface at all it will upset the handling and trim. Raising the strut by a couple of mm at a time will allow the nose of the boat to come up but it has to be done carefully or the boat will start to chine walk at full speed. Your strut is probably OK and its only the scoops that are the problem.

yes it will cool both fine make sure it goes to the lower barb on the cylinder first then from the top barb fitting on the cylinder to the lower barb on the pipe that way no air pockets and it will allways be full with water when running..Also is that one mighty big fuel tank i can see in the front of the boat ?
