Default Radio box ????

So far I've bought two radio box's and nether one works. Ive been looking at Dr bucks box. Not sure if I can stand a 1/4 scale servo up right in this box or not. That's the way it needs to be. Ive seen a couple of you using this box. Can somebody help please. Or maybe recommend another box. It needs to be small and be able to stand a 1/4 scale servo up right and 7in long 5in wide.

I just build them out of aircraft ply because you can build them to suit your needs in any dimensions you want.

Or you could make a glass fibre one if you are up for an adventure in horrible sticky resin....

WareHouse hobbies box can stand a 1/4 scale upright, not exactly small though.

Would you not want to lay the servo over? I built my box right into the boat and made servo mounts from 1/8" X 2X2 aluminum angke from Home Cheapo.:

Thanks for the replies. Ive had to make almost everything for it so far. I'm kind of getting to a point where it would be nice if I could just find something that would bolt on. My original plan was to lay it on its side. But now I'm going to use two rudders and a push and pull system. It needs to be standing up. So both box's that I bought wont work. Still looking, I may have to build one if I cant find one. NOT looking forward to it though. I like the looks of the Dr Bucks. Maybe someone will show a pic of one. Hint Hint.

Go to your local hardware store, Home Depot, and look at the PVC waterproof electrical boxes, they look like they could work, although you might want to fabricate some piece of plexy glass lid.
