Is there anyone in here that has first hand knowledge that the piccolo parts will fit in the FEDA dragonfly?? Including the upgraded parts like the metal head parts... anyone?

well from what i know and hear from other people they are almost perfectly compatible but the skylark does have some different attributes that the piccolo doesn't and the parts may be a little different.

The Problem is the main shaft dia., the piccolo is larger and won't work unless you change the shaft too. I have the Feda EP and a Skylark. The skylark is slightly smaller than the piccolo, but I have ordered parts and with some slight alterations, they work, But not the rotor blades, the blades on the feda and skylark have a recess hole on the rotor that the blades fit over, the piccolo blade holes are too large and you have to make an adapter similar to those on prop spinners to fit the shaft on the motor. The other big difference is the tail, the Feda has a TR blade that has points on it that push into the TR gear, the piccolo is flat and the gear has the points to hold around the outside of the blade.
Last but not leaset is the main rotor gear feda is twice as large as the piccolo and the drangonfly.

I too have a Skylark and have found that virtually all parts for the piccolo work on the skylark with the exception of the rotor head. I have swapped out my entire rotor section with those of the piccolo including the mods such as the metal main shaft, alum. hub etc. and all is well.
