Default slipper question

i am having a hard time of keeping my slipper nut tight on my t-maxx. i have tried loctite and a new nut and it still comes lose. what do you guy suggest.

is the threads on the shaft stipped?

tighten it to the point where it almost breaks the spur

The threads are fine( bran new rrp top shaft) and i have tightened in to the point where i thogut if i want any further i would brake something

you could use the permament liquid thredlock as a last resort

such as red lock tight, but they only way your getting it off then is with a blow touch

I am trying to avoid using red thread lock. i was thinking about take the little slipper spring of and replaceing it with a lock washer, since i run the slipper all the way tight

never tried this but see if it works: put Teflon tape on the threads to give it more "width" so the nut can screw on tighter.

Just get a new nyloc nut to replace yours, your nylon insert must be worn.
