Default Schumacher Wheels ??

I have these Schumacher wheels, i want to use them on a build i am doing, but i am unsure what car/buggy they are from, and what tyres i can get to fit them, the size of the wheels are, Diameter, 2.2" (57mm) x width 1.6" (41mm) approx size , has anybody got any idea what they are ??
See picture to see where i took my measurements from.

They dont have hex fittings , it just looks like a pin holds the wheel, there is a small cross in the centre i tried to show it in the picture but my PC drawing is not too good, but i think you can see what i mean by the cross, its a bit more equal on the real wheel ,
I`ll put a picture up, but it might not be too clear as my camera is crap for close ups[:@]
