os 18

I can get a os 18 off of a tmaxx for cheap. I have a old rs4 road car I would like to put it on. Will this work?

Its the stock motor in the rs4. I believe its a .15 something. The car was givin to me so I realy dont know much about it. I will probably just buy the .18 and see if it works.
