3W28i OS 140RX or Saito 180
Hi guys, I just got my new Seb Art Funtana S 140 and what a beautiful plane, anyways it says for power on the gas side that a 3W28i can be put into it. Love the idea of going gas but I have a brand new OS 140RX and Saito 180 High powered High cam series engine doing nothing right now. My question is what combination would be the best for flying this plane?

Have not run the OS 140, but I have the 180 and know well what a powerhouse it is. My guess is either would be a good choice. I would check prop size on both, and ground clearance, and go from there. A three blade would probably work better on the 140, if you need more clearance.

A three blade or four blade would look really cool and actually the OS 140RX in the pattern field runs three and four blade props, your right I took the plane out and looked, ground clearance might be a problem at eighteen inches. Never heard about anyone using 3 or 4 bladed props on a Saito 180.
