Default fusion 90 engine mounting question

I am mounting an os 120 fs on my 90 fusion, for balance purposes i want it all the way back on the rails, but this leaves only 7mm between carb air intake and the fuse, is that enough? will the engine get enough air flow? I thought about taking my dremel and carving out a semi-circle under the carb, what do you think?

Thanks, Rob

I would carve it out just to be sure. Aslo watch you spinner clearance. With the engine back that far the spinner backplate may hit the front of the fuse.

Agree. You won't have any problems cooling an engine on a profile......unless you are just running way lean.
