Chris: The spinner is 4" dia. and it really should be 6".

Are you bringing this new bird to the STARS Rally? Just found your build thread here on RCU and see that it is ready to fly!

Hi Bud:

I still have the rear section of the canopy to form. Got the windshield done O.K. Had my nephew Dennis work the heat gun while I formed the plastic ofer the mold. Worked good. No need for vacuum forming.

I tried making the rear section alone, but didn't have enough hands. Waiting for Dennis to come and spend another day - then the plane will be finished. Also still waiting for a jump start for the engine.

Bringing the Stinson to the Rally. See you there.
