Default Best 4-link?

I would like to start a project. I just haven't found any straight answers. I really like the 2.2 class. I would like to know how to build a killer 2.2 4-link crawler. So what do you guys think? I want to get this started pretty soon. I'm leaving to the Air Force mid September. So help me out guys.

Well, Order a wheely king now so it will be there when are free from the gov. The wheely king is a very good start at a great first crawler. You can find all the build info you will need, here and rcc.com

Good luck and thank you for your service in our armed forces..

I would recommend lookinf or a set of axles from a High Lift, X-Factor, or TLT.

Also, check out RC4wd.com for some very nice crawler products.

There are numerous chassis available.

Check out the RCC vendors forum for just about everything you can think of crawler related.

Junfac makes some nice, affordable chassis. Personally, I am partial to the TLT with the Junfac conversion.

What about the 2.2" "Stick"? I know its not really a 4-link but it looks very competitive.

"stick" chassis typically donimate the crawler competitions, though scale realism is lost. If you have adequate funds and know-how, that would be an excellent choice.

I still say the stick should have a class of its own!!! That way its a more drivers comp. The Sticks Are that much better than 4 link or shafty's, imho. Right Dez??

I also like the G-made Spider. I just wish there was a 2.2 version.
