Have you looked at the glow plug? You can go threw a few on these during brake in. You should have at least a few on hand all the time. Check the plug and if it is fine the make sure you are getting fuel. If you are getting fuel then make sure it's not flooded (getting to much fuel). You can fix this by taking out the glow plug and turning the truck upside down turning over the engine with the EZ start.

New engine, heat it with hair drier, 140 range works, just dont over heat hair drier. Once engine is heated up, try to start it. The tightness in the engine will let up after a gallon or 2. Just watch your temp, stay under 240. Not sure what the weather is like their in Croatia, so 240 temp is safe.

The temperature in Croatia is around 80 F,and temp at glow plug is 246-260 this is because this air buble in a fuel line ,what you think to put a fuel filter will this solve a problem ,and get rid of air in fuel line!?Today I clean a silencer with a compressed air .

don't worry about the air bubble in the fuel line... just check all the bolts on the head, make sure they are tight. heat up the engine and try to get it going again..

246-260 is too hot in my opinion. Try to richen up your high speed needle just a pinch and your low speed also. When new engines are running that hot already of course it won't start easily it's not getting enough fuel.

Today I see air leak on the carburetor retainer ,ant I fix it.Now a fuel go over very slowly withaut a priming, and little air leak on the front crankshaft ball bearing. What can I doo with this air leak.Is this a normal on ewery motor ,because I think is no posible too be so tight betweenball bearing and crankshaft. The fuel goes out on this plastic on the ball bearing. What are You think? Which is a normal working temp. for this motor?

Are you SURE you have the fuel and pressure lines hooked up correcly ?
I have an O.S. .18TM in my REVO and it runs really good and starts easily also ....
Engine temps will vary depending on the outside air temps and the humidity . When its hot and humid the motor IS going to run hotter .
Just make sure your not running over 270 degrees and you will be OK . Its been 85+ degrees with high humidity here and my engine has been in the 240 to 250 dgree range .
