Default Need to reverse a brushed motor

Could anyone tell me how to reverse a brushed motor, Tried with the computer but it just changes the throttle position to high from low.

....you have to reverse the red and black (ground) wires.

The timing will be wrong if the motor was optimised for one direction.

This will mean a significant reduction in power if run in reverse.
