tunning issue? or leak issue?
so ive had this persisting issue where my engine sputters really fast usually right when it shifts to second. it only does it when im going over rough terrain pretty quick. it doesnt do it when im driving in a straight line on the road which leads me to beleive that its not a tunning issue, but a leak issue. i had a fuel filter and neon fuel line. i bought a brand new fuel filter and fuel line, and it still does it. any idea's?? thanks.

Does it do it on flat terrain at all? If not, it might be as simple as the fuel is being agitated enough in the tank so that every once in a while it sucks a little air. Try filling the tank up to the neck...as full as you can get it and immediately run it on rough surface. With a full tank, it might not do it. If it doesn't do it, then you know.
