Default Cornering tricks?

Ok, educate me please.

What techniques do you use to get around switchback (hairpin) turns and "s" ?

I'm trying to improve my cornering. Losi 8-B

What I do is break, set wheels, and accelerate into the turn.

Thx

Default RE: Cornering tricks?

hairpin: you should slow down (let off the throttle very little brake) hit the middle APEX of the turn and accelerate out of the turn

"s" turns: carry a constant speed through the turns use the blue groove if there is one if not use the APEX tecnique by hitting the middle of both curves.

hope thisinfo helps if you need anything else with this issue you can PM me with questions.

if your accelerating INTO the turn after braking, then you braking too early... it should be slowdown in , roll through turn, then accelerate out with the apex method. faster lap times will result in smoother apexing, getting on the power earlier, and less braking and/or braking later for the turn.
