Sorry to bring an old thread back to life, but this is really a neat idea. How about coating the foam with thinned epoxy afterward? Anyone try that yet?

This has been around for awhile now.

Tower has it for about $10. You mix it in the amount you need. And you save the rest for the next time you need to fill your pants. .....
