Walbro Service Manual
I found this manual, in some old stuff today,(from a Walbro seminar I attended in the '80s) and since I cannot find a copyright on it, I though maybe I would post it.
Hope it is of some help.
Might be a good "sticky".

RE: Walbro Service Manual
Thanks for the manual.
I converted it to pdf file format, and it can be downloaded at [link=http://prme.nl/download/WA-manual.pdf]My domain[/link]
Care should be used in adjusting the carb according to this manual. It is good for chainsaw engines, but does not account for the propeller load that we have. For us the tuning is slightly different in that we should have no four stroking at full load, and the idle setting is slightly richer in order to get good transition from idle to full power.

RE: Walbro Service Manual
Here is a nice link to something similar about Walbro and Tillotson carbs.
Although it's an ultralight article, lots of the principles apply.

Here's a Walbro link that I use alot --> [link=http://wem.walbro.com/walbro/family2.asp]Walbro[/link]
