This Controller has 3 Black motor leads. Does it matter which motor lead goes to which Black?
When I hooked it up I put the Black in the center.
Any Info will be appreciated.

No, there is no significance to the colors, if the motor runs the opposite direction from what you need, then just reverse any two of the wires between the ESC and motor, though some ESCs do have a programming option to reverse the motors rotation.
