Default Jet Speciality Items ?

Hi All

Quick question.

I see all these great jet acc. in Jet Int.but all the addvertising is usually from European mfr's and hobbie shops. As and example: Orbit Electronis Retract Sequencer and valves, Weamotec receivers, ACT europe items, Powerbox systems, Jert A-1Retracts,etc.

The question is, where in the USA can these items be purchased?

Are any of you guys in USA ordering directly from places in Europe like Al Hobbies, Motors & Rotors, etc.? If you are, any special precautions that need to be taken and what are the average delivery times assuming item was in stock? How are import fees handled?

Thanks to all, in advance, who respond.

The first place to look for jet stuff is Dreamworks. Todd carries a lot of stuff - either exactly what you are looking for or sometimes equivalent items. If he doesn't have it, then I would go to either Al's Hobbies or Motors & Rotors directly without hesitation. I have not ordered from them yet, but I did order some heli parts from Skyline Hobbies in the UK, and it was NBD. The shipping was reasonable and it only took a week to get here. Now going to other places in the EU can be somewhat more of an adventure...

Thanks to all that responded.

I have purchased from Todd at Dreamworks before but was not aware that he carried most of the items I was interested in. I went to his web-site for the first time and was amazed at what he carries. I will be ordering about six different item in AM. It will be intersting to see what he actually has on hand!!

Thanks for the support guys! [sm=thumbs_up.gif]
Typically, we have 95 to 98% of items on the site in stock at all times. If we dont have an item, it is usually because it has be delayed from the supplier for one reason or another. We do however ship all items in stock and send any remaining backorder items (should you choose to keep it on backorder, your option) at no additional shipping charge (within the USA).

Quick follow up on this thread.

I called Todd this afternoon and out of 10 items including a Jet-tronics sequencer valve and a Jet Cat Fod screen, he had "Instock" all 10 items!!

I will have them Tuesday.

Again thanks to all who opened my eyes to "ALL" his services.

What a great service RCU and this Jet Forum provide.
