while im waiting for castle to send my replacement 5700 motor, i have no motor for my t4 so i figured i would use one of the motors out of my e maxx which has a bad esc right now.

You can also use the MM in your E-Maxx running both motors if you want, all you need is an adapter to plug in both packs. You would be limited to 12 cells without buying a UBEC or using a receiver pack.

I'm not sure a motor meant for 14 v will be much fun on 7.2 v

Agreed. Put the MM ESC in your maxx and enjoy it that way. It can handle both your battery packs and both your 550's. The titan 550 maxx motor is lame on 7.2v. It will not be very much fun at all in your T4.
