Is this the right Savage?
I am getting into the nitro world again. After being very disappointed with my Revo I have moved to Savage. I want the best package and something I can put my own servos and radio gear in, along with motor.
Is this the right one? or is it the old one?

as far as i can teel the only difference between the two is the item number and the slightly different fuel tank.
the Xss is a beast of truck, with right engine you'll be suprised how tough it really is. make sure you get a strong servo!

Guys does any one know the size of the Savage X for width and length. I was to get a topware to place me Savage in it when it gets dirty like that I do not mess up the house..

RE: Is this the right Savage?
I got the Revo 2.5 and only have about 5 tanks through it and the motor had an airleak and I could never get it running right and my first jump I broke a shock end and that was all it took for me to never take her out again. I love how it is made and I think it is easily the best "built" of all the monster trucks. I love how everything is all nice and clean looking and everthing looks quality. But you have to get a different motor and shocks for it to be alright, but even then there is no way it could out bash a savage. But in a race there is no way i would take the Savage over it. Maybe it was a just a bad experience but, I only bash and want something bigger and cooler looking than a Revo and thats the Savage.
