Problem with front right wheel
For some reason the front right wheel of my revo is spinning slower than the left wheel. At first I thought it was the differential, so I replaced it with a new one I had, but the problem continues.
All the wheels are spinning freely when it’s in the air. I put it on the ground, lift the two rear wheels and try to turn them forward while the front wheels touch the ground. Both the front wheels spin forward, but the right one is slower than the left one.
Of course this is causing the truck to move on the right when I drive it.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
Thanks.

I think it's supposed to do that,if it do's not have a locker or thick enough oil in the diff's.I t transferes more power to one wheel when pressure is applied ,or vice versa.

its not a big deal. it just means the wheel that is spinning slower is slightly heavier then the other. its the way a diferential works, it send the power to the wheel with the least friction, thats why they suck when rock crawling and thats why people put spools in them for this application.

The trim is ok. When I push it down the road it goes straight. The problem appears when I step on it. The question is why is it heavier on one side? If that's indeed the problem.

how old are the tires? sometimes the wear patern is different. if they are stocker tires one could have more glue. it doesnt have to be much differences at all. a gram or two. there could also be some dirt or grime slowing down the rotation on that one side. if you have an air compressor maybe try and blow out the joints or something. if you have time, tear down the front end and soak the driveline in warm soapy water to wash out everything. it could be as simple as that.

RE: Problem with front right wheel
If the bearing in the axle carrier was shot, would the wheels spin freely when I turn it upside down and spin them?
The truck is 8 months old. The tires and rims are brand new I bought them a month ago, preglued. The truck is dirt free, especially the front part. When I changed the differential I cleaned it up with soapy water and then WD40.

The wheels should always spin freely. Check all your wheel hex's and make sure there all good and not striped out or worn.

I also think that it may be that your turnbuckle is out of cambe. Take the wheels off the truck and make sure that both axle carriers are facing straight.
