Guys,
Can someone tell me what the two items in the pics are? I cannot figure out how to use them or really what they are use for. I know they go with a retract system but what are their function.?

RE: What are these?
Looks like Hydra-Locks; converts pnuematic retracts to use oil instead of air to move the retract pistons. It's supposed to have a much smoother movement than regular air retracts. I believe they are no longer being produced.

RE: What are these?
They are Hydro-lock. made by sonictronics. I didn't know what they were used for. Do you know how the are hooked up with the retracts.

RE: What are these?
I have instructions somewhere.they will have to be filled with oil at one end atf was recomended as long as it did not affect the seals in the retracts.

RE: What are these?
Add from march 1980 model aviation. I would not be surprised if this is the product that Sonictronics may have later produced. One note this type of conversion would i suspect would not be functional with spring/air types such as the Springairs or the Robart copy of the Springair.
