Default Fly-Wheel removal?

I am in the middle of rebuilding an engine and I can't get the fly-wheel off[:@] Any suggestions?

Hold the flywheel with a pair of large plyers and tap the end of the crankshaft with the butt of a screwdriver. Or you can gently pry the flywheel off from behind.
All assuming that you've already removed the clutch bell, clutch shoes and flywheel nut, of course.
