3.7v li-po for zenoah.?
I have read in a reply for my battery search to run a single cell 3.7v li-po on my g20ei. As advised, I see Toni Clark uses them on his Zenoahs. Can anyone advise me to a site to get one. I can't find any over 1500mah/ Toni's is 2400, but over seas... Any local...? My next project is getting a brillelli, which also uses 3.7 Li-po, but his cap is under 1500. I am real close to tossing the factory ign in the trash and buying the ch. I just have a problem not giving the one that came with the engine a chance.
Thanks, Warhawk 00

Where have you looked? Most of my lipo batteries are 2,000 mah or better. In my experience they are all over the place. You might start with www.commonsenserc.com or www.truerc.com or do a Google search on, say, 2,000 mAH lipo cells.

You can also split a 7.4 two cell if you know how to solder the aluminum tabs or know some one that does
Make sure you foam pad the cell they're not as tough as nicad when it comes to vibration

You should be able to get lipo's up to at least 5000 mAh. Try Tanicpacks.com, they may be able to make a special 1s "pack" for you, so you don't have to solder aluminium yourself. (I don't think they list it, but I think that they do specials.)
However, why do you need more than 1500 mAh?
I have got a ZDZ 40, and according to the instruction the consumption is 350 mA at full power. I can fly for two hours continuous with a 700 mAh pack.
I also have a MVVS 58 with a 1320 mAh pack, I don't think I have ever put more than 600 mAh back after a day's flying.
I don't know much about the Zenoah ignition system, but is it really that inefficient???
