Where has the Astro Flight Monster Motor gone?
Hey everyone. Just wondering if any of you have seen Astro Flight's Monster Motor anywhere lately. It seems that everywhere I look the motor is either discontinued or out of stock, and its been that way for a while. I was wanting to convert a 50cc plane (thinking about Lanier's 87" Edge540) to electric using this motor but it looks like I may be out of luck?? Thanks a lot everyone!

Hi I just returned from the AMA convention Trade Show and I had remembered your request for info re the Astro Flight Monster Motor. It is still being sold as is one almost twice as big, HUGE 8,000 watts if I remember correctly. The monster motor is hand made by skilled astro flight machinists and are made to order, You order and pay for one and it will be made for you. Astro flight is a very reputable firm and I have done business with them for over 20 years. Norm
