Default am i being overly sensitive to noises

this is a video of a sound that i think is coming from somewhere my tail of my Belt Cp. I just started tonight. you can hear the sound about halfway throught the video, the first part is my discovery that one of the pins that connect the top of the head to the swashplate part some off, it didnt effect flight charactaristics though.

is this sound something to be concerned with?

i couldn't hear any unusual noises, but you are right-on about being concerned with unusual noises or vibrations...they usually portend mechanical failure or flight disaster...belt too tight or too loose? does the noise go away with lubrication? is there mechanical interference? does your belt have more than the required 1/4 twist? btw, i'm a hbk2 flyer, and know nothing about the belt cp -- but i did stay at a holiday inn express once...good luck...ken

Whoa...sounds like a ticking...bearing maybe?

Try pulling the tail box, and just removing the belt from the main gear and try turning again. If no sound, then turn the belt guides, and tail seperately to narrow down the noise. If it does it on the main gear when the belt is removed, then it could be your swash, or main gear auto bearing.

Adjust belt tension by the tailboom at the main frame.
