Ok well im thinking of getting this radio and want to know if I can get a cheaper reciever? Ill put the one that comes with it in my MIcro-t b/c its small. I do not think you will find an FM radio for less than what you got there, I'd buy it. Looks like a solid radio!

For that price just buy two sets and ebay the extra Tx and servos.

It's good radio. I've had mine for 3 years now.

I use Novak XXTRA synthesized FM receivers with my XS3 with no problems. They are cheaper and small.

You can usually pick them up off eBay for around $30. Airtronics RX's will work too. None of them need to synth either.
