I cant imagine reaching over the side to pick up your boat is very easy though.

True!
We have an inshore boat (RIB) that is more suitable for RC recovery!, plus the boat pictured has a small daughter boat that can be launched from the decks, it is a pain to blow up tho!!

I am still not convinced that bigger is better when it comes to recovery boats though. But it would certainly be a good platform to run form.

Heh, yeah your right, not sure how that'd go down at the station, but you never know! As for recovery I have never had to ask the guys to launch the lifeboat for me, but I'm still new to the sport so maybe.... one day!!

one more question to ask you gas boat expert out there. Been having problem breaking in the zen on my gas boat. I'm new to gas boat so when i'm breaking in the zen or running it, it would run for a about 5 minute then dies. This the reason why i ask about the rescue boat. I use regular 87 unleaded with a 25:1 mix of 2cycle oil thats 5oz to a gallon mix. I use the break in oil from bonzi sport. I've been hearing that i need to mix it 16:1. is it normal for the zen to die like that during break in? and what do i need to do?
