mtx-3 and JR radio!!! help me putting it together!!!
hi....
i am pretty new to a nitro rc but have been so excited about it. I got mtx-3 kit and have been putting it together. yesterday my radio(JR xs-3) finally came and I started put the servos in and everything went well.. but then receiver didn;t fit into the radio plate!!!!! the receiver is too wide so it would not fit into where it supposed to go. I am guessing that my receiver is bigger than the usual one because it is one of those receivers that doesn't need crystal. anyway, even though I am pretty new to rc, I am sure that I put this thing together right (i have been really patient). i checked the manual several times. please help me put this thing together. i am pretty sure anyone would have this problem if trying to put together mtx-3 and jr xs-3 radio.
PLEASE HELP!!!! thanks in advance!!!

Use a dremel tool to grind the edges of your radio plate to accept the receiver. Not all parts will fit flawlessly and sometimes you have to make slight modifications.
