Default wheely king, 3 wheeler

i was just driving my wheely king, doing dounuts, and noticed that 1 front wheel was turning at its own speed. i have the diffs locked.
1 front will spins freely, whether im holding the other wheel or not. i will likely tear apart the axle tommorow, but im not sur what i will find broken. any ideas?

Yup, that shaft. The dogbone part of it is known to shear off, you should be able to see if thats it without disassembling anything . Its really easy to replace, just remove the wheel, remove the hub (by removing the two kingpin screws), pull out the old shaft, drop the new one right in, and reassemble. You could do it in under 5 minutes............if thats what broke.

sweet! i hadnt thought of taking the hub off. i thought i would have to open the whole axle up! thanx for the input. i think you are correct about whats broken, it makes sence.

took the hub off, just 2 screws. the pins on the shaft have sheared off. just got some off ebay. thanx for the help. i would have gone through alot of extra work for nothing.[&:]
