Default servo's wont respond!!

i have a spektrum dx 2.0 and i did the quick setup in the instructions and the servos arent responding..

please help!

Do you have modulation modes from which to choose from? My Futaba radio has three modulation modes (PCM, HRS PPM) one of which is PCM, the servos don't respond because the receiver doesn't support PCM. Hope this helps.

well now whenever i turn the wheel on the radio it starts to steer then the LED on the receiver turns off, and the throttle barle nudges and does the same

It seems like your radio is loosing signal shortly after you move a servo or your batteries are low causing the receiver to activate the fail safe feature. My receiver has a little botton on it for resetting or re-aquiring the signal. Check your battery voltage.

thats what was wrong, now another question

my throttle isnt working now, it moves only when i hit the brake and it still barley moves then

reverse the throttle/ brake servo setting on the transmitter

You need to find the neutral or middle point in the servo, to do this you need to have both Tx & Rx turned on. It barely moves because its already at it full turn to the left or right, some servos can't turn 360% degrees. My servos only can do 90% grees turnning left to right.
