choppy water runner
I had to rethink my build. the body of water I will spend some time running on is pritty choppy at times so I need a boat for that type of situation.
is there any boat plans that are good for choppy water? knowing me I will probably ramp the waves also.
post up, any help is appreciated!

Dougs 72" plans handle rough water great. I cut mine down to 60" and the rougher the water the faster the boat. no problem jumping the wake from 18' bow rider either.

cool just checked out the plans.
but how do I go about printing the plans to the appropriate size? how did you get yours to 60''
and what hardware are you using to run the boat? max speed?

I printed them out full size and cut them down using a straight edge. It was trial and error at first because I didn't print them at 75%, so this way the the beam and free board remained the same as the full sized but but just 12" shorter.
