help with cv carb

Default help with cv carb

ok well i was wondering what stop the rotary part of the carb from going all the way around because mine spins all the way around and i can just pull it out. and it idels fast and i try lowering the idel but i doesnt help and also it will eventrly rev up at full throttle. any help is appreciated

Adjust your idle speed screw. If you back it all the way out, it will let the arm turn all the way around.

Turn it until it stops, but don't force it. You'll figure it out

i tryed but then it just locks the thing up

you have to align the grove in the carb barrel with the idle screw

Oops. Been a while since I messed wtih a CV/CV-R. I thought if you put the barrel all the way into the carb (going from memory) it was aligned with the groove.

one more question is the rotary part suppose to move in or out when its at full throttle position
