Touring Car Wheels/Rim Sets
I'm looking to get some new wheels for my TRF416. Aside from the Tamiya wheel sets of the same size...what other wheels will fit. I've been looking at the chassis of a bunch of cars and they actually look pretty standard unlike off-raod tires...looks lke they all screw down onto the axle locked in place by a hexagonal nut. Is that the case with most touring cars. I'm looking to get some HPI rims and judging from the shots I've seen of HPI touring axles the wrims look like they would be interchangeable. I haven't been able to scope any pics of the backside of any HPI rims to find out. Any help would be appreciated.

yup, you're rite. except there are 24mm & 26mm sizes.
