Default Cheap Spec Class

What would be a good chassis that is cheap and easy to work on to make a cheap spec class, that could get people racing for less than 50 bucks (without electronics, of course)

Maybe a used TT-01? Perhaps a used trinity T-Spec? Its going to be difficult with a 50 dollar budget.

sometimes you can get those cheap electrics off of ebay for 50, otherwise your looking at something used, probably a rolling chassis. I don't know of any that are that cheap.
