Has anyone got one of these birds in the air yet. If so what is the verdict on the flying? Did it require half a church roof in the nose to get it to balance ?

Hi Mike,

There is another thread in here if you search Yellow F22 Cg and Hinges- you will find it.

Mine is just done with paint and will go under final assembly the next few weeks. Only a few are flying that I am aware of, but they have not been reporting any crazy balancing issues. I will post my findings in the next 1-2 weeks. I am likely starting with a CG of 6.25".

There are a few people ahead of me I think, but I have not heard too much other than word of mouth that it flies well - I certainly hope so. Mine has a Jetcat Titan SE, should be plenty!

The first with vectored thrust flew at the Belleville rally last year, it was martin L. from Quebec.
It is incredibly realistic the way he flys it, just like the real one, sooooo coooool.[X(]
