I havent done any adjustment, - its my first run.
The engine is RCMK RX crank house and a STOCK RCMK R254cylinder.
Prop RCMK H767.
Have a CC-Racing mod R254 to put on, -when the hydro is runing the way i want whith the stock R254.

Cool Janne, she's going well for a first run and no setup.
What do you think of the quality of the RCMk prop?

I have to have one of those

Is the muffler installed on the end of the pipe in the video?
Or is it running without the muffler?

Is the RCMK engine better than the zenoah engine ?

Hi!

About the prop it looks good to me.
But i just compare to some old Octura
You has to balace it and do some sharpening on the blades.
Its a litle bit on the heavy side, but if balanced its ok!

The muffler is on the pipe.
This is my first petrol engine so i cant say for shure.
The RCMK R254 engine has a very good finish.
(I have the billet crank house in the Hydro and this is art)
The R254cylinder has hi timig for a stock engine,
- so my gues it has more Power then a Zenoah.

Thanks for the compliment to be honest she was a pleasure to build probably one of the easiest hydros you could build from scratch .Its a zippkits kit and comes with a great build manual and a cowling. She runs pretty good too im having lots of fun with it and i havent even begun to tweak things yet so hopefully theres more speed to come.
