aeromarine challenger drive system
i have no pics but on my 48 seemingly the only part hoding the drive system in is the locking nut up by the clutch, there us nothing holding the flex shaft in if this bolt loosens...is there a reason for this? my proboat has something fastened to the flex shaft between the transon and the strut.....is this a problem.

Its only a problem if it ever loosens! lol... Get a shaft saver. Installs after the collet and before the stuffing tube for added insurance..
