I do not have that plane....
but the torque of that servo would be more than enough...
my only concern (concern may not be the best word.......just something to check and keep an eye on) is the the aileron itself.... make sure that the aileron is stiff and solid enough that it wouldn't flex with only one servo

Per Wayne Geffon, who had the same setup on his 35% RadioCraft, I used single 8611's (less powerful than the 8711) on the ailerons, elevators, and rudder of my RadioCraft Extra, which was 106" 3D/IMAC 27lb plane. The plane was originally setup with dual 8411's everywhere. Pull those all out and replaced with the single 8611's. Excellent performance.

It absolutely depends on the stiffness of the aileron structure as to whether you can make do with a single servo. The Radiocraft Extra had pretty stout ailerons. However, if Quique says use 2 for his plane, then I'd follow his recommendation and use 2. He tends to build very light structures. The plane in my Avatar is a 80" Jerry's Big Boy that only weighs 10.5 lbs. The ailerons are very lightweight, basically a bunch of 1/4 inch sticks that flex quite easily and is designed for 2 servos. So, it's got (2) 5475's per side.
