Aluminum Shock Ends
I bought the Golden Horizon's aluminum shock ends for my revo and they have not held up well. I honestly have driven three or four tanks since installing them and one of them had the bearing blown to pieces and 2 others aren't far behind. I guess I do drive it a little hard but who doesn't right.
The guy at the lhs told me I should try the Integy shock ends because they use a bushing instead of a bearing and supposedly last longer. I feel I would be making a mistake if I didn't ask the forum for advice first seeing as it is a Integy part.
So, has anyone tried the Integy shock ends and been happy with their performance/lifetime.
I have already replaced my ends and plan to send the old ones back for warrenty, GH has a lifetime warrenty, but if the Integy ones last then I might actually have to put an Integy part on my revo. Chaos Engine will never let me hear the end of it.

RE: Aluminum Shock Ends
Whats this, no replies about an Integy part. How come I'm not surprized.
Is anyone using aluminum shock ends, any brand? Just wondering if these aluminum ends are worth their weight as the saying goes. I'm just tired of the stock ends blowing off the shaft.

RE: Aluminum Shock Ends
I don't have any actual personal experience with the integy shocks but I have heard that they don't last long and tend to bend somewhat easily if you do bigger jumps. But that's just what I heard. I'm planning on going to big bore Traxxas shocks in the near future.
