best stadium truck?
hey right now i got a RTR rc10gt. i wanna get into track racing and i have a hard time figuring out what i want.
i know that the losi drives much better, but the adam drake kit is 310. so it would be about 550 for a nice track car.
anyother competitive ST out there? or should i just modify the shiz out of my rc10?

hmmm.. well what do you have on your rc10gt now? if it ain't modified then I think it would be better if you hopped it up rather than buying a whole new st... btw when did you buy your rc10gt?

I dont think there is that much of a difference in driving characteristics between the Losi and the AE. correct me if im wrong but lately I keep hearing "the XXXnt drives some much nicer etc etc" whereas I used to hear that they were the same and it was just a matter of brand choice. so which is it?

That's a myth. The Losi and RC 10 are dead even on the track. Neither's better than the other. Here's some things that aren't myth though. The RC 10 is more durable than the Losi, parts availability is better for the RC 10, and the RC 10 is simpler in design and easier to work on. If were talking about RTR's, the Losi comes with a much better radio though.

I don't know about that grampi. I can't let you get away w/ saying some of that stuff...ha ha . First of all, the Losi is more durable than the RC10GT. I agree w/ you on the parts availability, but it all varies on you LHS, but yes, in most cases, the RC10GT has better parts availability. And, I agree the RC10GT is more simple to work on. Oh, by the way, I finally got my XXX-NT RTR yesterday! I love it. I did my break in tanks yesterday, and went to the track today and raced for 6 hours! It was great. I broke nothing but a servo.
Thanks,
Kevin

I'll have to disagree. The RC 10 is tougher than nails! Mine hit head-on into a curb after hitting a snow bank at 45+ mph and flying more than 100 ft (10 ft off the ground) through the air. Not one thing broke. I'm convined these things are in destructable.

Yea, that is true, but for all we know, the XXX-NT could do the same thing. No one has actually done that same thing, so you never know. I was never saying that the RC10GT was easily breakable.

The MP 10 is not a Stadium Truck though because of a few reasons. It uses a big block engine, and it is 4 wheel drive. Ofna consideres it a Monster Truck.
