Do you have something specific you are looking for? I don't have an XL but the BB is similar (just some added rib bays and I think an extra rib under the sheeting near the root). Mine isn't covered yet and I can send you some.

more a view of the ends of the wing and an AirTronics adjustable tow hook. The BooBoo fixes on the wing where I misglued the brass wing rod tube. The spoiler servos and the TE where I used some poor man's carbon fiber to beef up the balsa. Poor Man's Cf is fiber bundle strap material free for the picking up sand it WELL for this kind of application as it is a little thick to start with and the working fibers are in the middle anyhow.

This should be the nose mounted tow release. The wing I have all this sitting on is to a Telemaster 2000 ARC that is being covered.
It will be a TUG that can also piggyback[8D] but thats another story.

Thanks for the pic's! I haven't worked on it lately since I was tring to sell it. But I pulled it off the market and will be getting under way soon. I have a wing half almost done and was planning on cutting in flaps. That's it so far. I may also cut in ailerons as I've read this bird fly real good with them. Pic of either or both of these would be helpful. I have a good idea on how to do this but the servo compartment location is still up in the air. The shaping of the wing tips is one other question. I'm going Electric and not sure on how to position the motor. This will be my first sailplane and first crack at electric motors. I have built a few kits many years ago and 4 ARF's in the last few years. This is the first kit I've done with blind folds on! Thanks for any additional pic's you post!
He's a few pic's of my progress.

mines ready to cover. I could snap a few pics, if I knew the specific areas I could get pretty detailed.

on the tip shaping
trace the shape from the plans on top of the balsa. adjust the surface that glues to the wing so the TOP of the wing and the tip are the same use a straight edge here. Draw a line outboard that is NOT to be sanded away this will be the edge of the tip. Use a sanding block (large paint stirring sticks work well) with 80 grit and go to it, make the two match ...sand and check ... check and sand... when you are happy they match and have them as thin as you want sand with 100 grit then 220 grit. This detail shows up first when anyone checks out your plane! CRAFSTMANSHIP COUNTS and so do light wing tips.
Oh yeah do this in the living room while watching TV, your wife ( or Mom or girl friend) will LOVE the fact that you are "dusting" LOL
