Crazy ideas are a good thing
"viperhulls" threw a 16hp Kawasaki into a hydro so it can be done.

There are build threads on here about 2 years back for both a 60" Expresscraft cat and a 65" Expresscraft GTX. Both running pocket bike motors. I will see if I can turn them up.

Dels first build - GTX - http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_37..._1/key_/tm.htm

Dels Second build - GTX - http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_41..._1/key_/tm.htm

This search has a list of Blata Cat inquiries over recent history. May be helpful - http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/sear...mitbutton=+OK+

This is my 60inch GT Viper and Stealth hulls I do with replica and genuine blata water cooled engines. I run my own designed 5/16 collets, struts and 5/16 cables stepped down to 1/4 so you can run a range of differant props.

I wouldn't discard cat's, I will be putting a blata engine in one of Danny's Sonic racing cats soon and I will be redesigning the cowl to accommodate the height of the blata. the dollar being so good for you guys in the states right now you should check out one of these cats as freight should work out quite good for you at the moment. www.sonicracingaustralia.com
