After investing in a VMC and a Lathe.
we can finally offer our new trailing oleo’s custom made to fit your model
how it works is that we will be offering standard sized struts for most models out there.
for the ones we do not have , we can make them on any length and any pickup
within 48 hours Without more costs!!!
we can now:
make the pickup for US and Metric sized Retracts anything from 3mm and up to 17mm in width!
we can make pin pickup to fit Jet-1a and Behotec retracts or any other manufacturer.
How it works:
in our shop you can just select the desired length , axle size , pickup size , Colour
and it will be custom made for you, also new will be to offer different colours for the struts.
you will be able to choose from standard anodise colours like aluminium (no extra cost)
or Gold , yellow , Black , black chrome , titanium , Blue, for the dye colours we charge extra however..
you can choose between our Normal oleo’s up to 20 pounds , and the Large up to 60 pounds.
also for our expanding dealer network we can custom Laser your logo or name onto the upper strut!! (also available for end-users)
standard we cover the BVM line , Boomerang , C-arf and many more.
Anodising :
after setting up also a Anodise street we can Colour our full line of our wheels to any colour that was listed above
Landing gears
there will be a whole new price structure , for all gears
second will be that we will offer the Behotec undercarriages also ,the behotec as you know are standard used on almost any C-arf models.
we will have our oleo’s standard for all these gears in our program.
current we offer Behotec , Pro-lynx , Jet-1A
we expect these products ready to be shipped from middle or end of December.
machines have just come in , and we just need to do a initial setup.
Laser tagging :
Also possible is to make custom indicators for you.
you can describe your model , make a serial code , anything you want is possible.

this way you can change the diameter a little (max 3mm).
or have them deflated for a more scale look or inflate them for gras operation.
beneath the o-ring is a small hole to blow air thru , the oring lets it thru but seals after you release the air.
to deflate them you will need to have to loosen the screws that hold the wheels together.
