I prefer the old 3 speed, not the newer high speed version. Let me rephrase that: I like my old 3spd internals in the high speed version's "ez access" case.

I totally agree!!!!!!!!!!! some just do not know how to turn the cap lock off. I run a 2 speed as I mostly race and would never get in 3rd gear.

Most racers would have no need for a 3spd unless the straights were long and you would run out of gear with a 2spd. The 3spd is mainly for bashers.
