Picco P3 .28 exhaust port
Yesterday night, i was intalling my 086 pipe on my new picco, and could you tell me which silicone gasket you use guys for the manifold who goes on the block??
It's not standard like other engine, and the gasket they give with the engine seam to not seal the manifold very well.
Thank you for the tips!

OK good, that's what i've use, but why Picco make the exhaust port with a chrome and smooth finish, with no groove at all for the silicone coupler[:@]???
All others engine have a groove and a rough finish to hold the coupler solid in place.
I've put the HPI stock coupler on the Picco exhaust port, but it's not "tight" like it's suppose to be.

ORIGINAL: BudBud
Use the one that looks like a short cutoff section of hose, no flange, no ribs, no lip. It is the best I have found. Glen

They seal different than we are used to, instead of sealing around the circumfernce of the exhaust tube, they seal at the end. The hose should bottom out in the face of the header and seal on the flange there, then as time goes on, they compress a little and fill the sides a little tighter too. I remember my first couple.... that does not look like it is going to work so good to me....

OK good, i know that i've recieve 2 different hose coupler with my Picco, one is bigger than the other.
I think that the bigger one should seal better....
