tuning after changing prop size??

I have a BME 50 that is ready to go from a 22-8 to a 23-8 prop. Do I have to start the tuning process all over, or is there just a small tweak required??

Generally a small tweek, usually just the high end.

I back-out the H needle 1/2 turn, then turn it in to Max rpm.
