Scott - who have you tried so far ?
Intairco's distributor web page may be out of date, but it shows that he has dealers / distributors that include Tam (who you have probably tried), Century Jets, and also Altecare.
If you haven't already tried him, I'd recommend that you call Peter at Altecare in Canada to see if he can help.
Failing that - if there are any UK dealers / distributors of Intairco that have what you need - even if mail to the US would be expensive / not timely enough, I believe we have at least a couple of people from the UK coming over to CA Jets who may be able to hand-carry wheels for you if you can get a UK source to quickly step up.
